  We had an average stay at the hotel. We had a few issues. However, this hotel is held together by Francesca on reception. She is fantastic and helped us with everything! Even though we had issues she always resolved them quickly and efficiently and was very professional! Thank you for making our stay more comfortable and enjoyable! Thank you so much and you definitely deserved to be rewarded for all your hard work!

  Awful from start to finish. Service was a shambles. Filthy bedrooms and public areas! Stained carpets, empty glasses and service trays lining the corridors ALL DAY, miserable staff moping round, cold dinner etc.
  Leisure club closed at 8 on a Saturday, just wanted a nice wind down after a busy day shopping in Cambridge but last entry 7pm and was refused at 7.05pm! No spa bookings left (in fairness I did leave it late to book) full of stag and hen parties coming in at 2am shouting down corridors,
  Expensive car park... blah blah blah! In fairness I could go on but don't want to bore you! You get the drift! Don't bother!

  I had this hotel booked for me as I was working away. The hotel told me I couldn't eat in the restaurant because they had a wedding going on, that meant I was limited to the room service menu which comes with a charge of £5 room service per item. If you like expensive nachos then this is the place to be. Also I was told that the hotel couldn't do anything about the loud guests that were drinking in the corridor at 2am.... Not great. The hotel was also happy to let the range Rover brigade park in disabled parking without a blue badge while disabled guests had to park off site.... Awful hotel
